A Sacred Path to Healing
Ho’oponopono is a Hawaiian healing practice that emphasizes forgiveness, reconciliation, and gratitude. It is based on the belief that everything in the world is connected and that by healing ourselves, we can also heal the world around us.
Having experienced Hooponopono in my own personal life and through my Ordination with the Center for Sacred Studies, I have been a participant and teacher and I am excited to offer this teaching, as the results are enormously powerful.
The practice involves four key phrases that are repeated over and over again.
I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
